Today is a great day. I know I can be better because “you are your energy”. For things to change, I must change first and always look for the response. When face wrong result, I must change strategy or maybe make silence emotional decision. I don’t want be at poor performance, not even average performance, or usually people at expected performance, and not excellence performance, but eXtra Ordinary performance. Yes, XO performance and passion to win. Take all this as a CHALLENGE!!!
